We are partnering with UNDP to achieve our goal of inclusive growth targeting vulnerable groups like youth and women in rural areas.
Karungi Crown Enterprises Limited is a Ugandan Company registered under the Companies Act (CAP. 110) in 2003. The family Company is registered as a private company limited by shares.
The core business of the Company is to provide accommodation to tourists by putting up apartments of short term visitors and provision of rental services to the local community.
The company developed the service apartments(KCE Apartments) which were completed and are located on plot 2023 Block 220 Kiwatule, Nakawa Division and Kigambira Safari Lodge, a luxury eco– lodge built in the Southern part of Lake Mburo National Park; Uganda’s smallest park.

- Community Development with rural based communities around Lake Mburo National Park and Kitagwenda District in western Uganda
We also work with Rural Based Communities around Lake Mburo National Park and Kitagwenda District in western Uganda to build inclusive, sustainable and job creating growth mainly in agribusiness sector.
The Company has an active Corporate Social Responsibility programme that will be aimed at the surrounding communities and the particular communities in Mbarara and Masaka.
In addition to offering accommodation, the Company deals in the business of buying and selling land in Uganda with a bias in real estate. It has plans of expanding its business to include tour and travel and restaurant services in the near future. Alongside these activities, it has also been involved in the business of buying and selling textiles mostly supplying uniforms to schools and private security Companies. The following are some of the institutions which have been supplied by Karungi Crown Enterprises: Security Plus Uganda limited, Nile Guards, Kusubi boys, St Edward Bukumi and Equatorial college.
